COVID-19 membership survey results

A lot of research has been conducted on the impact of the COVID-19 crisis on young people, but less on those working with them. Eurodesk Brussels Link conducted an online survey to gather data on the effects of the COVID-19 crisis on the Eurodesk network. Ninety respondents from 18 countries shared their realities with us.

The survey covered the channels used by young people and youth workers to access Eurodesk’s services and, in turn, how the network adapted them in response to the lockdown. It examined which channels Eurodesk mobility advisors used to reach out to young people and youth workers, and the impact on their regular tasks, such as handling enquiries. It also identified the usage, satisfaction, and expectations of our national coordinators and multipliers regarding the support and services provided by Eurodesk at the national and European levels.
